To be honest, it was so tense and really difficult to give up and to quit smoking especially we are categorized as hardcore smoker after meals and inside the loo. As my self, I was trying to quit smoking couple times for more than 3 years.
For most cases, there must be 'help quit smoking' group or your loved one (can be your wife, husband, boyfriend, kids, bff) to encourage and prevent you from smoking. There are also quick smoking aid available from the pharmacy or your doctor.
There are lots of money wasted to provide quit smoking aids at GP and government's hospital. This is because there were lack of initiative from smoker to stop smoking. There some quit smoking products available on market such as nicotine patchs, electronic cigarette and nicotine chewing gum. I haven't try any of those so I can't tell the experience.
How can I quit smoking?
This is my second time I stop smoking. Last time was about 11 years ago which I did stop for about 5 years. Then 'by accident', I start again until early year of 2012. After few attempt and after many times saying 'I have to quit smoking now', finally I made it just before my last birthday.
I really hope I can keep on this quit smoking attitude forever. This will be my best present for my family. I will continue my experience on another entry soon. perhaps anyone can share their experience, especially using the quit smoking aids.

Deletehoho..dugaan tu. dah lama berhenti, tetiba hisap balik. kemudian try balik. ni dugaan betul nih..susah aku dengar yang dah berhenti..kemudian hisap balik...dan try berhenti balik..ramai yang gagal dari yang berjaya. aku harap ko dapat masuk percent yang berjaya aa..
