Zoloft Lawsuit for birth defects?

Zoloft has been used for major depression treatment, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder.

Unfortunately, the usage of Zoloft during pregnancy can cause serious birth defects. The children will suffer congenital heart defects, which during fetus stage. The exposure to Zoloft during early pregnancy will make them at risk twice for heart defects. This birth defect requires surgery to be corrected.

There are lots of research and journal published about the side effects of Zoloft for pregnant women and the infants. This mean, there are a very high chance for Zoloft Lawsuit. It wasn't your fault for your baby carrying the pain.
