Based on my experience, I prefer a diet that can lose weight fast. Fat loss diet is not easy especially when we are struggling with bad eating habit. Since there are many method and diet techniques, I’ve checked on some fast diet program and list down 3 diet program that might suit your need. Those diet programs are Atkin diet, Mediterranean diet and Fricker Diet. So let’s we see what are these diet programs definition and specialty.
Atkin Diet
Atkin Diet is one of the best-known diets around the world. The diet program named after the creator, Robert Atkins. The diet is very simple - eat proteins and fats but avoid carbohydrates. Sounds weird right?
Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for the body, if we limit the intake, other nutrients in the body used to produce the energy it needs.
