I received an email from one of my customer, asking for her item's condition and saying that I didn't reply to her. Without manner, this is my answer,
"I can't send the proof of posting for every item purchased. This is because I have to deal with 5 to 10 transaction + email from buyer everyday. And her letter doesn't say anything that require me to reply".
Then she replied saying sorry. My next reply sounds a bit slower, saying sorry and explain why I am acting very rude- because of my headche and my back is hurt. There were few more reply from both of us until at the end she said," I already lost interest dealing with you".
I am regret because of my badly behaviour, not because of loosing one potential customer. Seriously, this is not a good manner in business or something dealing with professionalisme. I watched Raja Lawak Astro 3rd season on last Friday, "Chot" said, he can't perform because of the cold. The comment from Shamsul Ghaw Ghaw, " No matter what happened to you, or what you feel, you are the performer. You have to perform it well - be professional. The audience doesn't want to know your problem. They want to watch, and enjoy the performance. The entertainer has to make sure the show going on very smooth and entertaining... put aside your mood! ".
This is no different from the professionalisme in business. I've done mistake. I wish I won't do it again, so do you...

takpe la. jadikan pengajaran. semua org buat silap. macam mana kita ajar diri kita supaya tidak ulangi kesilapan yg sama tu lebih penting.
