If normally you sleep 7 hours everyday, try to reduce it to 6 hours. Within 1 hour, you can do something else, eg. read newspaper, check emails, gardening, writing books/ diary, and so on.
For some people, this might be not meaningful, but for myself (running my own business and learning / marketing through internet), time is really important.
Sometimes, I have very hectic life within a day, week or sometimes in a month. So time management and spare time is really meaningful to me.
So start to get extra time from tomorrow. Reschedule your bed time.
A small step today will be a big change for tomorrow!
