Contest : Capture "Healthy Ageing" in a photo!
In conjunction with the 1st World Congress on Healthy Ageing 2012 happening this March, the Malaysian Healthy Ageing Society (MHAS) is giving you the opportunity to bring out your keen eye and snap some winning shots!
By capturing your idea of "Healthy Ageing" in a snapshot, you could stand a chance to win some amazing prizes.
Step 1 :
Take a 800KB< snapshot according to the theme "Heatlhy Ageing"
Step 2 :
Log on to www.healthysnaps.com.my , fill in the entry form and upload your snapshot
Step 3 :
Include a photo title and short caption/description (20 - 30 words) to bring out the relevance of the photo to the contest theme.
Contestants may submit more than one entry but will only be allowed to win once.
Contest ends at 11.59pm on February 12th, 2012.

An essay worth USD$ 1.3 million?

Sounds ridiculous isn’t it? That’s not a fairy tales story. A house in Miramar Beach, Florida worth $510,587, a Gift shop worth $750,000 and luxury car - 2005 Maserati Quattroporte worth $40,000, all can be yours if you win the grand prize for “My Beach Fantasy” writing essay competition.

If you have good writing skills with proper English grammar, why don’t try your luck for this essay contest? Only limited to 10,000 entries provided for the contest, which open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, living in the United States and the District of Columbia, (at least 21 years above).

To enter for the competition, simply write essay no more than 200 words, tell about “My Beach Fantasy”. The judgement for the entry will be base on originality, creativity and sincerity – which carry big marks (60%) while persuasiveness and flow are 30% and grammar will be 10% of the marking. There will be very honest judgement, as entries won’t show any identity in the essay. If do so, the entry will be disqualified.

While Susan Boyle was suddenly get known and famous all over the world through YouTube. There still got lots of talent revealed. Some participants in Britain got Talents are rubbish while some are really talented.

But what I'm gonna show you here is something really scary from one of the episode. Mike Henderson from Britain's Got Talent : Show 3 made everybody scream. Seriously my heartbeat stop beeping when I heard the buzz pressed by Simon Cowell.

Petronas : Malaysian Grand Prix F1 ; Swipe & Win

Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix just around the corner. The prestigious Formula 1 challenge will be in Sepang again for 2009 season. The event will be held from 3rd - 5th April 2009. I adore the race. Don't even make it yet to the race since it was held in Malaysia. Probably because of the ticket's price or maybe because I was abroad, couple years ago. For F1 ticket there are varies rage for the prices. You can check the full map location of Sepang Circuit, and find your desired location. Last year, I went to Sepang Circuit for MotoGP race. The race was awesome, and I 'll promised myself to get there again this year. The ticket price for MotoGP is far cheaper compare to F1 tickets.

So I'm still questioning myself either to go or not. My friend still not confirm to comeback from Sarawak for the race. My wife start having morning sickness. And that period is just nice for doing business (payday period maa..)

It is fair for us to get kind of 'test' to see 'iman & taqwa'. Perhaps the bad days will bring me more strenght and spirit to work harder, to improve my personality, my words, even the ibadah itself. Without musibah, there might be no muhasabah. Once you fall, hopefully you will get up and step forward. Everytime we are give the musibah, please look at those around you with worse life. We should thank Allah (god) for all the wrong doing that paid..
If we are not paid here, we still got the judgement day, 'hari pengadilan, hari kiamat'. I'm not going to say more about the 'religous matter' as I'm not qualified to give this kind of thought.

Last words, thanks all friends and family for the support when I'm lost during 'those days'... i'm looking for new fiends day by day and try to avoid enemy coz we are live once. No matter who you are, where you're from and what you do... the most important part is the heart... the sincere....
