Batik are not for SALE

Another batik painting done last night. This is not for sale because of the crappy quality. I was thinking something else but when I'm doing it, all the ideas just goneas I still can't control the melted wax flow.

The other reason I didn't produce well is because I'm still an amateur batik maker. I should use pencil to do the trace on the fabric, but I didn't. So the lines are not tele as it should be, for perspective drawing. My architecture skills has turned 'rusty'. My chanting technique still need more improvement.

...It's not easy to produce batik lukis as I thought before. Batik Lukis asli Terengganu is one of the best in town!

Finally I start my business at Pasar Pagi Bukit Gambir Muar as usual, after a very long break since raya (I've been busy with eBay and lelong.com.my recently). When I get there, I went to see my friend who selling orchid flowers (plants) and chat with him. Then I come out of idea to snap photos of the orchids, upload them to my picture gallery for my batik lukis reference.

The flowers are attractive, colorful and beautiful - another creation from Allah The Almighty.

I’ve done new painting. It took about 5 hours for me to complete the painting. I started last night at about 3am and finished by 9am (1 hour sleep included). This time I can feel the improvement in term of my chanting skill and the flow of the wax. It quite hard for me to start but when the process begin, I can fell the smoothness of tjanting.

I’m thinking of get it listed on eBay for auction. Wait and see..

Masjid bukan sekadar tempat tidur

This picture taken when I was in KL last week. Normally, I stopped here for Asar prayer everytime I go to Jalan Masjid India by bus. It's quite nice to be in the middle of hectic life of Kuala Lumpur but still you can get calm and peaceful spot.

Mosque is very common in Malaysian citizen, but I really hate it when to see people 'pollute' the beauty of masjid. What I mean here is when there were too many visitors get in there, chatting and sleep wherever they want.

Masjid adalah tempat ibadah. Isikanlah dengan amalan, bukan dengan tidur. Tido balik umah ler. Kalau kita bermusafir, takpe untuk merehatkan badan buat seketika. Tapi ni dah jadi rutin harian! Balik kerja atau lepas makan tengahari, port kat masjid, tidur lama-lama. Waktu solat, macam kartun.. 2 1/2 minit dah siap 4 rakaat!... Entahlah.. manusia.. manusia...
