Ramdhan, fasting month, Eid and business phenomenon

Every year, when Ramadhan arrived, Moslem around the world has to do the fasting for the whole month. During Ramadan, we are prohibited to eat, drink and having sex during the day .. those are the main rule of fasting (besides another few more things to avoid).

The scenario in Malaysia between Ramadhan, Eid and business - there are thousands (might be millions?) of the citizens involved with trades.. either in small scale or big. In the most cities and towns, there are 'pasar Ramadahan' @ paRam provided by the town hall. The traders -comes from those who are running bisnes for living, or part timer (just appear once a year to do business).

The bazaar and expo for 'bulan puasa' held in most common places accross the country. The end result- people buying food and stuffs uncontrolled and caused the household broke when the Eid took place over Ramadhan... last for few months (normally recovered after February...

The way they create 'buying environment' with commercial ads and billboard showing best buy, best value and offers really attractive. It makes the consumer amused and spend uncontrolled..

So how to budget your expenditure for Raya preparation?

Here are some list that might help

• write down the stuffs to buy
• estimate roughly the cost for every single thing
• Try to bring 'just enough' amount of money with your budget (spare few hundreds RM for emergency) and leave your ATM card! ADA BERANI?
• Avoid credit card! - unless you are making money online / offline everyday or you are super duper rich
• Buy Online... more relaxing and steady with 'stable' judgement
• This is risky but worth to try- last minute shopping when the sellers do 'LELONG! - 3 =RM10!' , especially kuih raya, tudung, songkok, capal, handbags, curtain, baju kurung, Levi's Siam mari, and so on...

I think that's hould be enough for this morning, I still didn't sleep. Got to settle down few more things for my online tudungs..

Faun, struck by Jasmine’s beauty, tries to make some deductions about the whereabouts of Soffar’s watch, but to his and Los’ chagrin, finds that his powers are strangely affected by Jasmine’s presence.

Sleep a.k.a Tidur....

My head still blank. I just woke up (10pm - 3am).... It was very hectic today for me. I went to Pasar Tani Muar at 6.45am (which I didn't sleep the night before), and home by 12.30pm. I had sleep at noon.

It takes about 1 hour for me to decide - either to go to pasar malam Tg. Agas or not (4pm - 5pm). Why? because I don't have enough sleep. So damn tired!

Do you know that we need sleep to make sure our blood have enough oxygen (O2).. (I'm not going to comment about this)... The thing is, when we don't have enough sleep, our reflex becomes so slow, and we need extra time to decide on almost everything. That's what happen to me right now.

Based on Dr. Fadzillah kamsah on '50 tips orang berjaya', most of successful people in the world sleep as one of their method of success. They try to find a break for sleep as it is will refresh and give energy back to your body.

Since I read that book, I try to apply the tips everytime I feel so tired, especially when I'm blank. So I think I want to take a nap now... zzzzzzzzzzz

p/s - I forced myself to write because I want to get 'something' from the internet, suddently my eBay popup manager shows one of my item sold... Alhamdulillah.
