Aiming for goals....

Salam,

Today I would like to motivate myself and you all guys out there. Since new year just a week ago, we still have the chance to set for new goals this year. Every year, we come out with new target or goals while the one that we target last year still not achived... Why?
Based on my research (+ expert says), why we didn't get there is because...

1. We forgot our target
2. We did't work for it
3. Too many things to be done
4. Not enough money
5. Too busy
6. Still can be done next year


1.We forgot our target

To make sure all the targets done/ achieved, write down on piece of paper (if you got 5 targets this year - write it down). Stick it on the place that you can see everyday; either on the dressing table mirror, your room toilet door, next to the switch, behind door etc. Those will remind you everyday... make you focus and work for it. Besides, its kind of prayer @ doa if you keep read / say it everyday.

2. We didn't work it out

If we do number 1 method, hopefully you will do it! HARDWORKING is the keyword! And make sure, DON"T GIVE UP! Even Kolonel Sanders (KFC), get his receipe accepted after 999th restaurant. Those 999 restaurant rejected his receipe... Believe it?

3. Too many things to be done

Yes, almost every single person in this world having hectic lifestyle, especially those who are living in the city. To achieve targets, we must discipline ourselves – schedule your work. Reschedule with priority on top. Get everything planned and managed. Good management will secure your time.

4. Not enough money

Maybe this is one of the factor why we didn’t get things done. Estimate whatever you are spending. Make monthly budget either you are employed or you are self-employed. And limit yourself between basic need and pleasure. Again, discipline plays important role in this situation.

6. Still can be done next year

Normally, this statement will come out at the end of the year. Probably because we didn’t force ourselves to the limits…. Or sometimes there is unplanned event / troubles that appeared..

Basically, 'DON'T WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW' , to start the target (resolution)! Postpone will always delay your plan. Try to make it slowly as long you keep it ongoing. "If you planting one tree everyday, by end of the year, you already have 365 trees" (that can be a big farm!).

Anyway, good luck to you all and maybe it is not too late to wish Happy New Year 2008 and Maal Hijrah 1429 .

We need health to work for money...Right?

As we know, everybody need money ... but money is not everything... To work out for money, one of the main key is the healthiness. One of the element to keep our body fit is to remain the amount of water, based on our weight.

In an elderly person, a 5% water loss causes the body chemistry to become abnormal, especially if the percentage of electrolytes is overbalanced with sodium.One can usually see symptoms of aging, such as wrinkles, lethargy and even disorientation. Continuous water loss over time will speed up aging as well as increase risks of diseases.
